I think GGG should be fortunate they allowed him to fight Vanes next over Sergiy anyway!!! Sergiy is the mandatory and was ready and didn't care about the financial part of it. Also GGG avoided Andrade and also he forced Canelo to be suspended. Call it crooked (maybe it was) but they were going to go thru with the fight despite Canelo testing positive for steroids until GGG held his ground. Now GGG wants to fight Canelo in the fall he can't have it both ways. What if Canelo tests positive again then what? Will he get Spike O'Sullivan to fight him on short notice next? To me he needs to take BJS belt before Canelo does.

They got greedy keeping that date. The WBC and WBA will hold off the mandatory in order to make the Canelo fight in Sept. I think the IBF was cool with it to until Dibella started raising hell about his guy being skipped over for Vanes. They should've cancelled the date. Waited until after the BJS fight and at the same time gauge the possibility of a Canelo fight in Sept. If the Canelo fight wasn't looking promising then set up the unification with BJS to avoid a mandatory.

Now they have to agree to fight Sergiy before the Vanes fight takes place so fighting BJS next is out the window now.

Just looked at the poll results. Why do so many people care about this belt? GGG is 36 years old. That belt doesn't mean anything in the grand scheme of things. Lol He better make the Canelo fight and secure that money. He's too old to be worrying about the ABC orgs politics. Wasn't his purse like $10 million for Canelo? **** that belt lol
