You're another one of these guys that just loves my responses or something. Sorry I couldn't give you a funny reply in this one but I'm sure I'll make up for it sometime in the next few hundred times you quote me.

Boxing will never have the organization of others sports. You'll never have a clear cut way to have the best fight the best without question, probably because more is at stake. Basketball players do get injuries in the NBA but typically, their lives are not on the line. A fighter's life is on the line with every single fight. Now odds are against him getting killed but he will take damage as they all do in every single fight. It's the hardest sport on the planet for a reason.

Because of this, there is no tournament at the end of each year where the best fight each other, like the NBA play-offs. In a typical game, a basketball player will easily live to see the next game. Boxing is much different. This is why boxing will never be like those other sports with a clear cut winner each year and obvious gauge of who's best. It's also too international for any kind of organization here even in the states to bring all the major players in. I wish we could have an NBA for boxing but it really goes against the money side, which is what keeps it going.

            Excuses.

The ONLY reason he picked Vanes was to not risk missing out on a potential Canelo payday in September that may not even take place. Canelo most likely returns for a tuneup. But Lil g is attached to Canelo like white on rice. Obsessed clown.

Look at the ticket sales. Is that Canelo's fault too? the Stubhub is gonna be empty unless they give tickets out for FREE. Even Chocolatito said fck that weak ass card and went home LOL.

Can't blame Canelo for everything man.

Picking Vanes is 100% a COWARD move. period. And the TS is right on point in subliminally calling Lil g a punk for this.
No deverychenko cant prep for the beast in time smh you don’t read do you?

The ticket sales sold out in minutes it’s the damn stub hub it only holds like 8k I usto work there they have a soccer stadium and a concert area(where they hold boxing events) it’s been sold out it always does the tickets are cheaper than Vegas so once again your hate is making you spew comeplete bull****.

There were two other opps much worse than vanes (cause elite fighters don’t take fights against other elites on short notice) if it was me I would of called may 5th off completely but he wants to stay busy and earn some money there is absolutely no ducking here that’s just absurd to say that when he’s been training for the roided ginger he would kill chenko on 3 week notice and derail that guys whole career.

Look at the flack AJ catches for what Hearn does. I seriously doubt AJ is a coward. But, looking at how he's managed, it creates that impression. The whole Golovkin/Ward thing was the same way with Golovkin looking bad. You can't judge the courage of a pro fighter based on how his management is guiding him.
I disagree. I have been saying for years that fighters need to realize that promoters, managers and advisors work for them not the other way around!

If they care about image, yes. But, you've got to remember, this is a day job and these dudes are doing it to get paid first and foremost. These typically aren't highly educated guys. They are folks who were lucky enough to turn their a passion into a day job. They have no clue how to negotiate contracts, get on important fight cards, etc so they much rely on professionals for that. A guy like Hearn is slick enough to have an entire country duped, I'm certain he's got no problem convincing a possibly slow guy like AJ to go along with his plans. AJ keeps making big money, and Hearn can keep milking that investment. Both are happy. It's like DiBella said, you don't book a big fight just because a bunch of nerds on twitter are screaming about it.

I'm not saying it's "right", or that I like it. But, I do understand why it happens. As a fan, it's in my best interest if it doesn't so all I can do is decide which fights to watch/buy.

The fact that he even steps through the ropes and fights other world class trained fighters should tell you that.

So you think that if a fighter quits because he is taking life threatening punishment, that makes them a coward?

So you actually think that Roberto Duran, Oscar De La Hoya, Sonny Liston, Julio Cesar Chavez etc are cowards?

You are aware that one punch can kill you, right?
Quitting once is not the same as quitting 5 times. Victor Ortiz submits like a ***** and quits as soon as things heat up. He’s a bully. As soon as you clock him he wants to quit then hug, kiss & high five.

Ortiz is a coward. So is anyone who quits multiple times.

Have you ever looked at GGG's resume and also noticed his most recent ducking ways? Amazing that a GGG fanboy calls other fighters cowards.

He's getting stripped if he doesn't stop being a duck!
