Hearn did not send a contract over with the $12.5 million offer.

Contracts are typically sent only after the offer has been agreed to in principal.

Haymon/Finkel counter with a $50million minimum offer regardless what the fight generates. Wilder picks venue and fight takes place late this year. Accept the offer and we'll hammer out the rest.

AJ fangirls: Where is the money coming from? Wilder doesn't have money like that? Show the money first. It's a PR move. Where's the contract? ****I thought you idiots were against being a keyboard accountant.. Why you wanna play one now?))
Hey you shot up there. Finkel never countered any ****te. Wilder sent that through twitter himself while AJ replied swiftly with "let's roll".
Stop carry fake assets rumour everywhere.

          Forget the effing contract.
Wilder people denied him a meeting.
Which is a horrible way to settle kinks in any negotiation.
Why are these people afraid of a meeting?
There's gotta be some shady things going on in this damned side of the fence.

Joshua asked for $50 million to face Wilder.

They are offering that. Why doesn't Eddie Hearn just accept? That way they'll get the contract.

So obvious these clowns in the Wilder's side of the fence are not even in hurry to get the Joshua fight.
They signed the Breazeale fight probably long before Wilder pretended he wanted AJ!
Wilder is safe in the arms of slow ass molasses Breazeale for now.
Therefore, he's not feeling any pressure.
He'll be sticking with his script till after the Breazeale fight is over.
Go home Hearn. Forget about these clowns for now.

                    You can't be serious

Only an absolute fanboy who will back his man no matter what they do would think this is appropriate business.

"why doesn't Eddie Hearn just accept?" mate, are you on drugs?

Why are these people not willing to sit down and talk? When has a fight of this magnitude ever "just been accepted".

Absolutely ridiculous. Sit down like proper businessmen and discuss the fight.

Not this "you have 24 hours to accept".

                    total amateurs.

                      What is there to discuss?

Joshua threw out the claim that he would fight Wilder for $50 million.

Wilder then says ok, you're on. We will guarantee you a $50 million payday. Do you accept?

The ball is now in Joshua and Hearn's court. What's stopping them from saying yes? Once they do that a contract can be drawn up and sent over.

Which they still have the freedom to sign or not sign. Although if their money is guaranteed I see no justifiable reason why they wouldn't sign.
