This is the difference between a professional team and an amateur team.
They only asked them to agree to the 50 million guaranteed. The other details they want to hammer out together. The 50 million is only part of it.

Eddie Hearn knows how much money is in this fight. He knows it isn't 100M.

Well that's contrary to everything that's being put out.

It's not serious to get someone to try and agree to the biggest fight in boxing on a 24 hour notice, with no contract details.

Don't try and come up with anything else. it's just PR.

The difference is that I'm sure Hearn was willing to have a meeting to negotiate terms. Making an offer and refusing to even meet unless someone accepts and then cancelling meetings would not happen in any business.

Neither team really wants it. Wilders team is making unrealistic offers and demands and refusing to even meet. Joshua's team is making flat fee offers that are not usual for big unification PPV events like that between.

Both are just making offers and demands that they know won't work and gullible fans on each side eat it up.

They said agree. They didn't ask him to sign a bout agreement. Agree to take the fight for $50 mil and we'll sit down and talk. All Eddie had to do is say we agree.

I don't think you understand how boxing matches are made.

"I'll give you 50 million guarantee. Accept within 24 hours, we won't meet or discuss details. Just accept".
