Incorrect. Trace samples, such as one would expect from tainted meat, may not show up. But, usage in a PED context will. That is why they have the test.

2) "May not"? Please provide backup. Everything I've seen say that if they test specifically for Clenbuterol, which they did, they test down to the minutest levels.
3) Why would they test SPECIFICALLY for Clenbuterol and put high thresholds on detection?

This test makes no sense no matter how you look at it. Why did they ONLY test for Clen, only to put high threshold levels? Why did they not test for everything else as is the protocol? Why did they wait until end of March to submit for this test? Why did they wait until end of April to publish said "results"?

They were laying low while the investigation went on, now all of a sudden Oscar can't shut up about how clean he is.

Because hair samples can find the levels used for performance enhancement, but not always trace levels, like you'd find in meat contamination.

It's a difficult process to be able to confirm whether there is clenbuterol in the hair follicles, it is even more difficult to run on light-colored hair.
