If he fights and beats Loma he will be considered a p4p talent immediately...so yes i'd say he does need him to go to that next level

Pedrazza and walsh are solid opponents for a fighter like Tank at this stage of his career. he clearly isn't scared of Loma, Floyd/Tank are going to make the fight when Tank has the best chance to win, not now when he doesn't.

You want the fight now because it is 90/10 type fight in favor of Loma rather than have it down the road when its 60/40 type fight in favor of Loma and would be much closer and more entertaining.
        .

i dont know why he cant just fight him now anywya, is it really that big a deal if he loses? if he rebounds he can always get another shot later down the line. you guys and your obsession with a cherry picked undefeated record kill me... he'd probs learn more fighting lomachenko next fight than fighting 10 bums like cuellar. lomachenkos career really took a dead end when he took a risk and lost to salido.... oh wait hes now p4p number 1 lol.

Shut the hell up with theses comments. It's NON-SENSE. You want to be recognize as the best?
BEAT THE BEST OR SHUT UP.
Davis is good ; but how good is he? Can he beat a double gold-medal olympic champion? Not so sure.. Prove us wrong Davis and be a man.
Journeyman Salido did. Davis wouldn't need more than 5 rounds for some bum the caliber of Salido.

fighters like davis, charlo, andrade all think they have some divine right to be superstars, what happened to the days of proving yourself against the best. these days it seems that to prove yourself against the best its how early you can knock out a C level fighter, and even better, if they are a mutual opponent of a world level fighter you can claim you are the best cause you knocked the bum out quicker. i know people get angry when people call boxers cowards but im saying straight up, these guys are cowards, when you refuse to fight people on your level thats cowardly and its a schoolyard bully mentality.

Yet when lil g beats up nobodies you start posting how he’s the best middle weight ever and would beat Hagler, Monzon and Robinson. Skin pigmentation thing for you again?

Keep sleeping on Gervonta and make excuses later when he stretches your boy.

Literally 100 different posters have explained why they are not fighting now-because Tank has little or no chance to win.

No one is suggesting Tank fight all bums to stay undefeated. Posters are suggesting he keep stepping up in comp. However, that isn't good enough for you because, again, you just want to see Loma win an easy fight over a Floyd promoted guy.

What is interesting is to watch you and others go from wanting to see "the best fight the best" to now wanting to see a 90/10 fight. Yet if Tank were to fight a 90/10 fight, you'd have a fit.

Loma didn't take a risk by fighting Salido, he was the favorite. He just was unprepared for the type of violent, brawling assault and dirty tactics from a much bigger man given his lack of pro experience. It was the equivalent of Broner/Maidana.

a cherrypick gone wrong is the term you and others use.

No he isn't. He is #2. How about he fight #1, Crawford, after he fights Manny?

That would be a fight he wouldn't be favored in and a huge step up in comp for Loma. he'd be much smaller as well. It would be a 75/25 fight in favor of Crawford.

You probably don't want to see that doe. I wonder why????

Don't these fighters' teams realize that saying their guy "doesn't need" a stand out fighter reads as, "Hell no, we're not fighting him, we might lose!"?
