Wilder best payday was like 3 million. Joshua has never fought in the US. Huge in UK, but he doesn't have any fans in America, because they've never heard of him. Wilder is basically the same. At this moment in time the fight doesn't make that much money in America. Wilder isn't big in America at all and no one knows who Joshua is over there. This offer is just a publicity stunt.

Why is Wilder browbeating AJ into signing a contract so hastily? That's (sadly) not how boxing contract negotiations proceed. They often take, months and months, trash talk, lawyers, threats of litigation, threats and insults back and forth, we all know it.

The truth is this fight will be a win-win for both fighters if the fight is held in the U.K. It will be the biggest HW match - up since Holyfield - Lewis, Tyson v Holyfield, etc.
