Wilder has said he sent an offer for $50 million at a site to be decided by Wilder sometime between September and December. Hearn and AJ say, "hell yea, we got a deal if you actually sign a contract for $50 million" then this is a done deal.
As soon as they say they agree, then they sit down to hammer out the details. The fact is AJ has been offered $50 million, backed by Al Haymon.

Do you still believe Al Haymon is going to sign a contract for $50 million and not pay it???
If so, what has led you to believe this. He is the manager of over 200 boxers, and never has any of them not paid what the contract was for.
Is this deal still fake? If it is, then why are you telling us this and not Hearn or AJ????

Oh, and public defenders have the exact same success as privately-retained lawyers. I did my externship at a public defender's office, actually.
The county I work in doesn't have a PD office, so a lot of us get court-appointed cases. I'd say about 35% of my income comes from court-appointed work.

I simply stated that what Wilder said isn't a guaranteed offer.
I'm gonna see how it plays out from here before I comment further on it.

Anyway, Hearn is too savvy to accept without a rematch clause, its just a bad business deal without it.
I think AJ would accept it though, he's got the right attitude to cope with the pressure and the way Wilders career has been managed it would be ironic that he ends up with one of his worst pay days for his biggest fight and ends up losing the title.
