    That's the risk right?

It's wilder that's doing the secret dealings for a summer fight with breazeale so he can call it a "mandatory" even though Hearn shed light today on the WBC bull**** surrounding their rankings and proved why breazeale ISNT #1

Al Haymon has negotiated the TOP TWO boxing events in history (may/pac, may/mcgregor) he has others willing to back his play, he's a proven commodity in sports/entertainment. But you can believe salt water heals "severely" torn rotator cuffs in 4mo

The Wlad-AJ fight, when AJ and Wlad's purses combined it was right about $50 million. And that was with no U.S. ppvs. Basically the fight does what Wlad-AJ did in Europe and that pays AJ and then however many US ppvs would be used to pay Wilder.

$50 million. Hearn nor AJ has denied this. It is real, but AJ ass lickers can not believe it or think of another b.s. excuse so they just act like they no better than Hearn. Never has a Haymon fighter made a claim like this, to all the media, LA Times, Forbes, everything that covers boxing. Never has a Haymon fighter done that and Haymon not follow through and pay what the contract says.

NEVER. But oh, now AJ is just supposed to trust a legally binding contract? LMAO.

Time to crawl out of AJ's ass and tell him to man up. All the AJ ass lickers are proving that is exactly what they are.

Now finally we'll see that UK bum get destroyed, a victory against an 41 year old klitschko means nothing..time for this fraud to be exposed..but I still don't believe he'll accept no matter what he says.

Is he supposed to wait on a guy who's obviously running from the fight? Not a good business move, He (AJ) asked for 50m and Wilder said "im your huckleberry

I pointed out that you actually have to enforce the judgement, and if one side files bankruptcy,UCC Article 9 gets involved, which can entail a very complicated, drawn-out legal process in which you are far from "guaranteed" the money that you signed on the dotted line for..

Moreover, this was all in the context of what a true guarantee offer is supposed to be - and Wilder (backed by Showtime, and CBS, as you claim without any proof) hasn't done anything close to that.

And yes, criminal law is completely different. However, I still went to law school, and had to take contract law.. I've read more briefs than I care to remember on scenarios involving one party trying to enforce a judgement.
                    Cool story Matlock.

Lol!! ....Yeah Man! Lets get this thing rolling with stringent random drug testing! Hearn is the last greedy man still out - PLEASE no more LAME excuses for AJ not to fight Mr. Muscles!! The Robot has apparantly reprogrammed itself - he wants in strictly for the biggest payday his fangirls will provide him!!

Hearn is in SHOCK MODE, he didn't expect the 12mil offer to backfire!......Hearn: "Oh dear, goodness gracious me Josh, we might actually bloody well have to fight this dangerous bloak!, I'll have to work on three major excuses for backing out by sundown to convince the groupies we're just being shrewd! Joshy babe, pleeeeeeeeease don't say anything til I've spoken to Barry about the 'less risk' options we've already decided on!!"...."I need you!" lol...
