Anyone could do that, you could offer him $100m and then try and sell tickets and sponsorship, but it doesn't mean by pay day you have AJ's funds. Well I think Hearn might be keeping it real when he say's he's been told the Brazeale deal is already done for Wilder, which means they also have to budget some step-aside money for Brazeale into their calculations.

Usually a guarantee involves giving that fighter at least HALF of the money up front before the fight. That is a true guarantee.
