I'll say it again. This fight has more buzz than GGG v Canelo. I judge casual interest based on one demo: middle-aged white men. They drive casual revenue

People have been waiting for a mega-HW fight for over a decade.
They could have had one years ago (Wilder-Klitschko for undisputed), Wilder had no interest.

I think you're overestimating this fight. Neither Wilder or Joshua are big US draws. Every US mega fight has had an already established draw involved.

Well said. Also, nothing bigger than two undefeated HEAVYWEIGHT fighters ducking it out for all the marbles.

The site of wilders choosing and the no rematch clause will probably be the hang up.

Ah just read it. A site of Wilder's choosing. SMH. He's got 1 of the 4 belts and he wants the site and for Hearn to be the one that pays for both purses? Come on.
            WTF?

Wilder's team is guaranteeing them 50mil. You want them to lead promote, guarantee 50 mil, AND let Hearn choose the site? Maybe i am reading your post wrong, but if not, you are out of line.

                AJ empire is collapsing.

Dillian Shyte (the AJ protector) is running scared from Grandpa Ortiz.

AboutJuice is now cornered by Wilder nowhere to run.

Its a rough day for the slurpers.

if this offer is for real (face it we can't see the emails and their negotiations etc) and AJ doesnt take it, it means he never wanted the fight
Why should they ignore the rematch clause? Which recent big fights do you know that didn't have it? Both are champs and they both would like an opportunity to win their titles back and if the first fight is exciting the fans get to see it again.. it's a business at the end of the day and the 50mil offer is too good to deny.. Team Joshua should add the rematch clause to that offer and finalize it..

Even at 500k PPV, the fight makes the $100 million mark. PPV here is between $69 and $89. Assuming the lower end, we already have $35 mil; can see Vegas gate providing another $35 mil easily. UK PPV adds to it; sponsorships, other revenue from other countries who will show the fight, etc. This is another reason why it is important to see Eddie's disgraceful effort to underpay Wilder. Exposed!
500k brings in 17 million after the cable and sat get their half.

                      And
Canelo vs GGG did 27 mill gate. 3rd highest ALL TIME

So if you think this fight does more than that, good luck.
