The IBF ordered Joshua-Povetkin on March 31, they had 30 days to negotiate. It's coming up to 30 days, Wilder needs to send a contract to sign NOW or Joshua will have to fight Povetkin. If that contract isn't sent within a day or 2 it was nothing but a PR move by WIlder

They meeting on Friday for face to face talks so hopefully can have announcement before weekend is out
