Hearn and AJ wanted it in the UK. UK judges and no rematch if AJ wins. Difference is Wilder is guaranteeing him 50 million plus upside. Why would Wilder fight in the UK when its his team making the offer and pretty much will be calling the promotional shots.

It's hard to imagine Wilder and his team would make up a BS offer for PR. That sounds more like something Hearn would do.

Considering Joshua's last three bouts were huge successes at the gate and PPV and generated around $30-40m each I think $12.5m looks A LOT more realistic than a $50m offer don't you?

Both are negotiating ploys but Hearn's looks more realistic at least unless Wilder has got some investors coming in with a guarantee.
