There really isn't better things to move on to. Any decent promoter will be looking at this with the long game in mind...2-3 fight series. The objective for most people involved in the sport is to make money. Wilder's team is shooting themselves in the foot...what's he gonna go back to making 2mil if he loses and aj moves on to fight fury or someone else? I doubt Joshua's side takes the fight without a rematch clause anyway.

Bro, I am not against the rematch. I just don't think it should be immediate. Now, how do we know if Wilder will return to $2-$4 million. What if this is the fight that makes him a PPV star and gives him the breakthrough? Is it not possible for him to begin to make at least $10 mil going forward? Everyone was never a PPV star until they became one. That's just the way it works.
