So Canelo is a clean fighter but never has been enrolled in the WBC clean boxing program and as of date still hasn't enrolled after testing dirty. Yet the WBC has him ranked and Oscar's magazine hasn't stripped him of his ring title. Says alot of the Ring Title, it used to mean something to hold that title but now since it's owned by GB, it's pretty much as worthless as the IBO.

If canelo is not being tested by vada as of now then if i was golovkin the september fight is off......very dangerous to let canelo be untested and come in like the incredible hulk......i hope golovkin insists this happens now.

Per the agreement with the NAC, Canelo is only required to test 21 days, 15 days and 3 days before his next fight in Nevada, if he fight in Nevada. If he fights somewhere else, he's fine to so without penalties.

Now I'm sure any fight he negotiates will have a testing clause regardless of what NAC requires. Which is crazy they're only requiring 3 test 3 weeks from his fight date while Ogawa was fined and required to undergo year round testing at his own expense if he's ever to fight in Nevada again, and Ogawa's hearing was on the same day as Canelo's.
