Haye looked awful even before the injury. Whether he was carrying the injury (as explained by the trip to Germany in the week of the fight), whether he didn’t train hard enough and take Bellew seriously, or whether he’s just shot, who knows.
He is looking in fine shape this time though and seems to be taking his training seriously, rather than drinking ****tails in hot tubs in Ibiza as he was last time.
If there is 50% of the old Hayemaker left he stops Bellew early. I didn’t recognise the Hayemaker who fought Bellew last year.Comment

Haye looked terrible but Bellew offered nothing til the injury and even then took 5 rounds to finish off a sitting duck.Comment

It wasn't like he was up on the cards after 6. Haye was supposed to walk through him like he was made of paper or at least win the early rounds but he couldn't even manage that. Bellew will take it on points or late stoppage!Comment

Haye might as well be put together with glue and string these days, he’s spent more time in surgery than Michael Jackson did. Bellew likely takes this one but it’s a sideshow and both are irrelevant on the world scene.Comment

If you mean fighting - Tony Bellew is the only black fighter Haye has faced in 5 years and 9 months. If you mean as a promoter, I'm pretty sure he doesn't care what colour his fighters are...Comment

As much as I dislike Bellew and his historic antics, I have to say he makes a damn good co-commentator on Sky. He earns a couple of scoops for that.Comment
