Briggs is a very talented, hard hitting heavyweight with lightning quick hands for a man his size. That said, he has almost zero heart, a glass jaw, and stamina comparable to a man who smokes 3 packs a day. Wladimir will blow him out in 2. This is a reply of the Derrick Jefferson debacle.Comment

Zero heart!?!?! Have you not seen the Lewis fight? Have you not seen the Jameel McCline fight where he was in horrible shape with a back injury? He showed tremendous heart in those fights, and a glass jaw? He went 12 rounds with George Foreman! He took some big shots too. No, I think having zero heart is a pretty fair estimation. He never really tried to win the McCline fight, and let him bully him around. I think he should have beaten McCline. Against Foreman, that was a Foreman that wasn't really a good offensive fighter anymore. Foreman had only one KO in the last few years of his career, and that was against Moorer. Briggs was winning the fight big against Lewis, then every tap had him flopping on the canvas. He also went down against McCline, that was odd. He was hyped up so big, then when he flopped in '95 on HBO, he was written off as talented, but unmotivated. There were times where he was undedicated, i agree with you there... In the Lewis fight he had nothing left after wobbling Lewis in the 1st, but he showed a lot of heart when he was taking a beating. He was taking so many clean power shots from Lewis, and Lewis hits pretty hard. Since the McCline fight he is in better shape and is much more serious about boxing. He wants the title bad, I guarantee you that if he loses fighting Wlad(which is probable) he will show tremendous heart. He's always had the potential, many people have said it and were surprised when his career went downhill. He was just a young idiot who thought he was the ****. Today he is motivated. He still has a stamina problem, but hell Klitchko has one too, and Klitchko doesen't exacly have a good chin.Comment
