Does Jermall Charlo deserve a title shot?

    Plain and simple....

Does Jermall Charlo deserve a shot at GGG's WBC title?

Charlo is currently the WBC interim champion and is 27-0 with 21 KOs

if you are struggling with that question lets all remember GGG being the WBC mando and lots of people crying on the forum when Sergio Martinez picked Miguel Cotto to defend the WBC ti.......

oh wait GGG wasn't even the mando it was Marco Antonio Rubio and some of ya was STILL crying about it.

Sure he does, he's a mando, right? So does Derevyanchenko however, and Murata or the winner of Jacobs vs Sulecki. On top of that a unifier trumps all of them, so if Saunders wants some he should be in the equation too.

Charlo, unfortunately is at the bottom of that list, just by dint of the sanctioning orgs' rotation policy. TBH it's fairly unlikely Golovkin will still be top dog at 160 by the time Jermall's turn comes around.

Lil g and his flunkies loved mandatories before. They don't love em no more... What happened?

They went from Mandos 4 Life to Mandos can wait.

      Who's a businessman now?

Charlo is ENTITLED to a shot at those belts. He doesn't have to prove sht. Lil g's flunkies overnight turned political because the mandos have a pulse now.

      Weak.

He does. But it wont be happening for year and half to two yrs so charlo can put that pressure on by fighting the jacobs' of the division. If he keep fighting low level competition like he has and said he gonna do next then he will remain at the level he is now. And that dont draw fans, get name recognition, and wont lure the champ to fight. Of course theres a few ppl on here that would just be satisfied with him being handed a championship haha. GGG wont have charlo problems though and would make easy work of it similar to lemieux

Why does it matter? Doesn't he have 2 mandos that are in line ahead of the wbc one. He can fight saunders, mando 1 , mando 2 before he even fights charlo

what makes you think the mandos have pulses now. One struggleded against a c- fighter in trout lmao and fought bums. That doesnt mean he has a pulse, that means he on a hype machine. He will get stopped by GGG if or when that fight happens

The better question: If he does get his mandatory shot isn’t he(Charlo) entitled to 45percent of the purse! Or do you need the wbc silver for that??? Because that happened to Canelo and he was ****ted on for vacating!!!

He does because he's a mando.

How he got the spot is another story. But hey, he's a Haymon guy, so taking the path of least resistance comes with territory...add to that trash talking and posting gay ass hashtags for j.razors of the world to have something to get excited about and voila! - Charlo is a threat and Golovkin is ducking him lol.

Worked for Wilder so why wouldn't it work for Charlo. Always the same with (some of) you Yanks.

Anyway, bring it on. Watching Golovkin break him and his fans spirits will be amusing.

Charlo talks about being and acts like a tough guy. But the difference beetwen him and GGG is that Golovkin is an actual tough guy, he doesn't have to say it. And a better boxer too.

Golovkin by humiliation. Bring it on.

Yes, he deserves a shot at GGG, but so does BJS, Jacobs, Derev and Andrade.

That is what the Charlettes fail to understand.
