Never really thought about Montreal. Toronto is so close it was a pretty easy trip to make. I used to go to Windsor every weekend when I turned 19. Would go to Hamilton, Sarnia, Kitchener and London too. Met this girl in Windsor and she had me going all the way to Petrolia to see her.

what a shambles, these guys just dont know how to promote a fight.

Not necessarily their fault. So many things can go wrong, on all levels, from all departments, that you can't always blame the promoter first. I'm just glad I retired from promoting events a few years ago. That was a royal clusterfek that can blow up in your face at any point along the way.

I had one event blow up in my face when the person I dealt with at the venue forgot to adjust the event date as we had twice discussed over the phone months earlier, and that I had proper contracts for. I get there, and another event was in my ballroom. Still pizzed about that b.s. There are idiots at every level of promoting events. Now if it turns out the promoter was at fault here, yeah he's a DA. But at this point, we don't know.
