1. Team Wilder started all this name calling.
2. Shelly Finkel shown an confidential email from November, so Eddie Hearn calls him Shirley Winkle.
2. Shirley Winkle shared the official $12.5m offer to the media.
3. It's been 10 days since Finkel said there would be a counter offer 'within 48 hours'.
3. Lou DiBella calls Hearn a mother****er, and tells the media there is no counter offer and the offer from Hearn is bull*****t.
4. Hearn tells people DiBella ain't **** and isn't involved in negotiations anyway.
I really cannot understand how people twist this against Hearn when he just has a go back.

At the end of the day everyone has a right to defend themselves, Wilder has a lot of people Hearn can negotiate the fight with, and as long as one of them is available then it’s great.
Sometimes it helps to have 2/3 people who can negotiate on your behalf, but sometimes it doesn’t. Di Bella sounds like an emotional guys from the video of him verbally abusing Hearn, but Hearn has a different sense of humour that a lot wouldn’t get.
No one should be on here defending a professional like Di Bella who is calling another promoter muthafucka, that for me is very unprofessional. Even if Hearn has got under his skin.

Seriously, Wilders team have gone out of their way to c*ck this, they got an offer instead of replying they leak to the media and slag AJ and Hearn off. OK , no problem with that but you can't object when they dig back. If you watch him in recent interviews he's holding back a lot, yeah he had a pop but if you watch the interview he always makes clear he is joking and likes Lou really I think its only Richard Schaefar and Frank Warren he genuinely dislikes.
Hearn has a meeting setup Thursday Stateside to sort this out. look at Higgins / Hearn, Higgins gave him it full barrels but they sorted it out and had a drink afterwards.
I have a su****ion this is all down to if Al Haymon wants that fight next and everything else is irrelevant. Brezeales another Haymon guy right ?
Originally posted by Scopedog View PostHonestly I can kind of agree that Dibella's fashion sense is questionable, but these comments are still kind of concerning. It seems like everything Hearn has been saying is intended to provoke Wilder's team into telling him to get lost. All this refusal to offer a fair deal, the weird obsession with flat fee offers, he-said-she-said bickering about how much money the fight is going to make, baffling comments about playing with balls and repeated insistance that he's only prepared to offer a shortchange deal, and now he's just straight-up resorting to childishly insulting the guys he's meant to be doing a business deal with. This isn't the conduct of a guy who's negotiating in good faith. He wants to be seen to be at the negotiating table but to annoy the other party into cutting off talks so he can throw his hands in the air and say "see, they didn't really want it!" and then go on to arrange a different fight without losing face.
I really hope I'm wrong about this but it looks like a pretty clear picture to me. If Wilder's team manage to endure Hearn's blathering and manage to get him to sign an agreement, they'll have earned my respect. That'd prove that they're more patient than me.
