The first fight between Lennox Lewis and Hasim Rahman.

When Rahman knocked Lewis out it was sad and surprising.

But the sadness turned to happiness not that long after when Lewis cold ****ed Rahman and knocked him out in the rematch!

Oof, yea that was a rough one. Especially how it started out. I'm not sure Tommy ever looked that good then he gassed. The chin on Mercer was fckn unreal.

I was too young at the time to understand the gravity of Holmes Ali but I can remember the feeling of sadness from those around me watching it as a great champion was humbled.

So I'll pick Barry McGuigan, the Clones Cyclone, losing his WBA and lineal featherweight title to Steve Cruz in Las Vegas. It was a cruel 15 rounds in the Las Vegas humid heat that gradually broke down a very brave man. By the end it wasn't about the defeat as much as his health.

          Tarver beating RJJ...
...and also Hatton getting beat by Floyd. Although I expected Floyd to win, I was really rooting for Ricky in that one

When Pac put a beating on MAB and that chenko guy beat Hatton. I wouldnt say either was my hero but I was a big fan of both.

When i was younger Shane Mosely was one of my favorite fighters, P***ed me right off when Vernon Forrest smacked him about.
