I’m definitely not defending Charlo’s CV because he hasn’t been in with any top fighters but at least he is calling people out publicly. Lil g has stayed quiet since the Canelo fight was cancelled and other significant fighters (including his IBF mando) were calling him out yet he is fighting a semi-retired 154 lber . That’s why I think Charlo needs to get in his face on May 5. Lil g-Charlo would be a great fight and by getting in lil g’s face, lil g won’t be able to stay quiet and hide behind his management team.

Golovkin has 2 bigger fights at the weight before he gets to Charlo in Saunders and Canelo. He's going to have to wait his turn. If it was the other way round where Golovkin was looking to fight his mandatory instead of unifying with Charlo, you'd piss and moan about that as well. So stop with hypocrisy.

Golovkin is fighting Vanes because there isn't much money in the pot due to it being short notice. With a bit more time for promotion, HBO will pay out more money so those other fights can happen. Relax.
