Some of you guys believed that Frampton achieved something by defeating an aging, past his prime and diminished Nonito Donaire.

The fact of the matter is Nonito was a handpicked opponent of Carl Frampton's in the first place; Because he knew that his skills were on the decline and his best years were now retired.

Moreover, Carl wouldn't have come within a 1000 ft. Of a prime Nonito Donaire. Therefore, this victory proved absolutely nothing for him.

U realize that he knocked out a prime and favored Darchynian back in the day right? He may have been a little overhyped but Donaire was the goods a few years back.

I think some on this thread might even have the surname McGuigan, I wouldn’t take much notice, they are both class boxers
