I couldn't remember if it was him that said that or not. Lot of moving parts on that prime pac/prime loma fight, though. So many think Pac was on the gear for most of those impressive prime wins, and Mayweather Sr. notes this pointing out Manny hasn't knocked anyone out since they started drug testing him. I would like to believe that's not true, but with everything going on today, who knows what to think anymore.

Like when he beat Rigo, and people are giving him mad props, and he disagrees with them, saying the win didn't mean anything cause his opponent was small and old.

I have zero interest in seeing Loma take on Pac for that exact reason. Just like I wasn't all that interested in seeing him take on Rigo. At least Rigo wasn't so faded that he lost to a fighter like Horn.

Prime Loma vs prime Pac would have been a brilliant fight. But we don't have time machines, so it can't happen. Now a fight between the two of them would just be about picking up a paycheck. I don't blame fighters for doing that - but it doesn't make for the kinds of fights that I really want to see.

And Manny will get a nice retirement check, for his ******-currencey investment. If Manny can get a KO in the Mathysse fight, they can proclaim Manny is back, and this will make that fight huge, maybe even ppv
Nahh that one would be on PPV.

That's why pac-loma should happen at 135lbs only.

He's asking to fight the no.1 P4P in a division he hadn't fought in 10 years.
