If you're not ready to fight the top guys, you shouldn't be fighting in world title fights.
Gervonta Davis is terrified of Lomachenko

Davis is obviously thinking on a business perspective side of things, he realizes that boxing still markets that 0 in fighters records. Whilst I don't agree with his decision it his nevertheless his decision to make, I think fighting Lomachenko right now would give Davis a good measure of experience and realization on what he still needs to work on assuming if he does lose, in short I don't think losing to Lomachenko harms Davis at all.I only ask my favorite champion boxers to be willing to fight any boxer in their weight class if a good money offer is on the table. Loma is probably the best fighter in the world and he moved up to 135. If a good offer is made to Davis to fight Loma at 130 pounds then I think Davis should fight him.If team Loma insists the fight be at 135 then I think Davis should not fight Loma. It's a bad idea to give up even 5 pounds to the world's best pfp fighter. I am a fan of both Loma and Davis and admire their skills and Davis's punching power.
I wanna hear him say "Yea in wanna fight Loma and I'll make him quit'.Comment

Every fighter worries about money, whether they come out and say it or pretend like they don’t. Again I don’t want to believe that he is scared. He might thought this fight makes more sense down the line on PPV and doing it now doesn’t.Comment

Yeah true but i think he knows he doesn't stand a chance, other poster made a good point, they all wanna sell ppv's like may weather but they are never going to get there without taking hard fights, that's something both pacquiao and may weather did, fought top opposition with got them to their places as ppv sellersComment
