    Ugh.......if I wasn't already a GGG fan, I wouldn't bother watching this one. Hell, I may not.

Like I've said elsewhere, not a bad 'last minute' challenger given the circumstances. At least we'll get to see GGG's mind gears cranking while he tries to figure out the awkward Martirosyan. And I doubt many will think Vanes will be allowed to make the fight boring like he often does.

it is obvious that fighting Vanes now will cause a log-jam in September, you just proved that..... and it is obvious that Golovkin will have to fight Derevyanchenko or be stripped

so..... IF Golovkin selects Canelo in September and then retires (like I suspect) or is stripped by the IBF, rather than fighting Derevyanchenko..... all may not be forgotten

in fact, that could really bite Golovkin on the ass

they CLEARLY know 100% that wasting this fight will cause an unsolvable problem in September..... THEY KNOW..... so they will be 100% responsible/accountable for the result
Dude you know your stuff but there are some major conspiracy theories flying around there, you have to remember GGG's plan was to unify the division. So, I believe the Canelo rematch won't happen in September and we will see GGG take on Saunders, which is a hard fight for GGG to win right now. Unifications as we know normally override mandatories, which I could see the IBF allowing and so they should. Because nobody knows much about that Deveryanchenko bloke. Martirosyan is a dud fight but GGG didn't wanna waste a camp and his main priority is unifying the division so I guess he wanted to preserve that goal. Don't like the fight but it's happening and if GGG fights Saunders next all is forgiven.

nope, i think a boxer shouldn't always pass on difficult fights

You have a real hard time reading don't you? What part of lil g fans didn't you understand? And this isn't about Nelo anymore cuz he didn't pick lil g's opponent.

                    if Dibella is successful.....

and the IBF strip Golovkin for refusing to fight Derevyanchenko.....

..... who will most of the fans blame ?

                    a) Dibella
                    b) Derevyanchenko
                    c) Golovkin
                    d) Canelo
