He was fighting 3 times a year before Clenelo came along...

I would rather he fought any of the MW like Andrade or the Russian but was there enough time to sign adapt and promote the fight?

It will probably end in a early KO, we will see if Vanes chin can hold the MW power like his chin has hold the super welter.

you can't expect GGG to wait till September.

On such a short notice and the money available we all know BJS and some of the other MW would be a nightmare to negotiate with.

I think you missed the point as well

the very first guy they selected was a 21yo JMW rookie

    their first choice was WORSE

    stop making silly excuses

"some of the other MW would be a nightmare to negotiate with"

first, you made a whopping assumption, despite the fact that MUCH better fighters threw their hat into the ring and clearly wanted that fight..... then you assumed that assumption was a genuine reason to not try lol

come on man, save it..... you and G have to live with that selection

Because they only want to fight him after his longest lay off.

I dont know where you work, what I do know is that you dont have a very hard task every day, there are days when you have serious hard work to be done and there are times when you dont, same could be said about boxing, GGG had 2 really hard fights with fighters that even cheated to try and get the win, he was going to get a really hard fight again with up to the gills ped user Clenelo Alvaroids for a very high pay day, the guy got caught, so GGG lost perhaps his biggest pay day, and people pretend here that fighters like GGG and other belt holders be always fighting againt top tier hard fights even if they are for scraps with the chance of loosing the belts in they way, I really give the guy a chance with all this debacle, the one that is supposed to get all the hate is the one that since who know when has been cheating, what I do hope is that after this fight GGG takes on a serious fight because is he dont, he deserves all the hate coming his way, for now I do give him a chance because of what I just explained, if you dont because you think a fighter should always get difficult fights thats your opinion and I do hope you are not a Mayweather fan because he was the king @ that, choosing lesser opposition and not taking risks.

This is more like Rod Salka vs. Danny Garcia or Lara vs.that retired Rabbi #RAWSEWAGE fight.
True. I'm not a huge Martirosyan fan by any stretch, mainly because he falls into lulls in fights and whines about the scorecards when he doesn't get the nod.

I don't see him bringing anything to the table to upset the applecart, in addition to the fact that he's gotta move up to 160.

I was hoping O'Sullivan's team would've gotten this one done....mainly because he won his previous fight. I haven't seen much of N'Dam lately, so I can't say. Lol
