    Is Anthony Joshua all that?

21 fights and 4 titles - I feel this man is a politically hype job by the media, his continents fan base and more.

He doesn't seem to be "ALL THAT" super star material.

I showed my casual mate AJ highlights and he doesn't think AJ is "all that"

Of course he's NOT a complete fighter.

Anyone that claims he is, is lying.

He's definitely overhyped. The Brits are in for a rude awakening when he steps into the ring against Wilder.

how can a casual rate if he is all that or not?

a casual has by definition no clue what to look at.

He's far from the greatest heavyweight we have seen, like Wlad I think he is a step down from the elite guys in the 90s.

But he is a good fighter who is improving after a late start to boxing. Lots of talent, and a winners mentality. You can't fault what he's done so far, but for sure he has shown weaknesses and limitations in doing so.

He's pretty good. But, British fans tend to get overly excited about, and protective of, local fighters. He's no Lennox Lewis and people should have reasonable expectations about the guy.
I think the difference with his fans and Wilder fans is that most Wilder fans admit the guy is a mess, technique-wise. They just think he's exciting and like watching him fight. AJ fans are pretending that he's beyond criticism and of course he's never going to live up to that. I think part of Wilder's popularity is that people are tired of the AJ hype.

You call Joshua a political Hype Job?

Deontay Wilder is the legit definition of that.

The WBC wanted a north american champ for YEARS hence repeatedly giving Areolla shots, then Wilder got a totally undeserved shot against bum stiverne for that very reason and has been hyped and protected ever since.

If the guy gets the AJ fight he has had the EASIEST road to an undisputed world title. And the reason is politically motivated because he is american.

Joshua on the other hand has had to beat legitimate opponents for all his belts bar charles martin.
