It's a slap in the face to the true Mexican fighters who poured their blood, sweat and tears in this sport. In a single swift sentence one can now say freely that maybe they were all on PEDs. Pacquaio never defended a WBC belt after he came to America. He also was never a champion during this time when the testing wasn't like this. This WADA is relatively new.

I do think Pacquaio was juiced for a long, long time but just stating that your facts are incorrect.

When he fought Marquez the second time, when he fought David Diaz, when he fought margarito, when he fought Mayweather there were wbc world titles at stake, even in other fight he fought for wbc silver and intercontinental titles. Fighters that are involved with that organization supposedly are part of a clean boxing program , but for year Pacquiao refused random drug testing
