Pacquiao refused drug testing when he was wbc champion also, and he wasnt suspended or stripped, the only difference is that pacroid sold so much , he represented alot of money and cuadras doesn't.

Pacquaio never defended a WBC belt after he came to America. He also was never a champion during this time when the testing wasn't like this. This WADA is relatively new.

I do think Pacquaio was juiced for a long, long time but just stating that your facts are incorrect.
