    According to the International Boxing Federation, Mikey Garcia (38-0, 30 KOs) has changed his mind on remaining in the junior welterweight division. Garcia has decided to vacate his IBF world title at 140-pounds and intends to return to the lightweight division, where he holds the WBC's world title.

                Good news. Hopefully it's with the intent of facing the Lomachenko-Linares winner and not just to stay around for Easter and then cherry pick a title if one emerges for him at 147. Hard to tell with this guy.
