Just look at Lara and Trout??? Both took a BEATING fighting a guy much, much bigger than them. And both hit Hurd with everything but the kitchen sink and couldn't do jack sht to keep him off of them.

I would say ONE better fight @ 135. Easter Jr., Linares, and Tank, are better names, but Baranchyk, Relikh, Prograis, Figueroa Jr., and Ramirez, are probably better fights!

Hopefully now they can make Beltran vs. Campbell. That would be an interesting fight.

Let's also see if Davis moves up to 135 or if he's all talk. Two challenges for him there.

I think Campbell is going to go the WBC route last I heard. I think Beltran is almost certain to get that Lomachenko fight because it's an easy title for Loma and I think Arum likes him and wants him to get a big check. I'd imagine that will be Loma's summer fight while they work on the Davis fight for the winter.

Alright, 135 looking good again with Mikey, Loma, Tank and the new kid on the block Devin Haney. Hopefully they all fight each other and don't stall out like the featherweights and welterweights having been doing.

Another reason I wish that WBSS was doing Lightweights next year.

                  Garcia
                  Linares
                  Lomachenko
                  Easter
                  Beltran
                  Davis
                  Commey
                  Campbell

That would rival this years CW

Now that Mikey is keeping the WBC belt I'm sure Campbell may change his mind. Beltran is a much more winnable fight for Campbell. If the fight presents itself Campbell should take it.
If it doesn't then yeah I guess he would have no other choice.

Maybe Beltran can fight Campbell in the UK and get a good payday from that and if he wins he'll get another good pay day against Loma.
