    Glass jaws in boxing.

The term "glass jaw" gets thrown around a lot these days. When a fighter gets knocked out, he's said to have a glass jaw. Some say that the problem is less the fighter's chin and more his poor defense.

What do you think? Is there such a thing as a glass jaw? And who are some fighters the majority can agree have one?

Roy Jones Jr should be one, he is a prime example of a fighter who relied heavily upon his great reflexes he once had, but as soon as he started to reach early 30's (not old by any means) he started to look very, very chinny.
Roy Jones Jr has been KOed by some of the worst names in boxing.

There are really no world class fighter with a so called “glass jaw”.

If your taking punches at the world class level you are one tough mofo with a chin that most average people could only dream of possessing.

Now there are various levels of durability and normally it’s the punch you don’t see that knocks you out anyway so it doesn’t matter how good your chin is if you catch a good one that you don’t see and can’t prepare for.

Most people have never fought and those are always the ones who talk the most **** about someone’s supposed glass jaw
