Crawford knows what's up that's why he ran to 140 in the first place.

With that said, he hasnt seen the likes of a Thurman or a Crawford, a style thats not stationary. Spence relies on opponents being "right there" with back & forth blow for blow action, with his opponents either "trying" to get to him or taking most of the heavy leather.

I don't consider him a hypejob, but he sure hasnt seen enough different looks for he himself to crack. SRLeonard, Mayweather or even Tommy Hearns wouldve had him faaar out of his usual comfort zone and it wouldve been interesting to see how he wouldve adjusted.
The misconception is that Spence cant box yet he beat two very good boxers in Brook and Peterson. It's just that even when boxes all his punches are power shots. Cmon now you have to notice how ALL the top welterweights never say his name. Thurman and Crawford would get hurt.

Totally agree with Bud, in my eyes Thurman and Spence the top boys and that we will only find out more after the Horn fight!

I like all three guys, and thats why I can't root for jus one. But that may change with me only due to limitations (I believe) can more easily be exploited in at least 1 of the fighters. But yeah, I notice how even Porter & Garcia don't call him out either. Crawford though, called him out right away when he entered the division.

My thing is, Spence never (by no fault of his own) fought an above average solid counterpuncher who's good on the backfoot, I know Mayweather secretly believes he could outpoint this guy in the worst way....I jus believe Spence would be swinging at the wind with certain styles, but like u said his power (like Wilder) has people ducking him.

I don't think Thurman calls him out because he's injured, its kinda soft sounding if Kieth was like,"I want to fight u as soon as I can get my hands on you, but It'll have to wait because these bone spur removals are killing me."....he might as well say "golly gee" lol....

Pain has a way of shuttin' the best of em' down. Spence can box for sure, but getting him out of his "comfort zone" by having him follow you while making him miss (I think) is key. I really like seeing "styles" exploited....nothing against anyone personally....its one of the reasons I'm a fan of this thing boxing.....imagine Spence trying to land on a young Sweat Pea?

You mean ran up to a division with bigger names, bigger money, harder challenges after winning all four titles at 140?

Hardly "running", more seeking bigger and better challenges. He was being criticized for dominating that division and not being a Welterweight now he's being criticized for being a Welterweight?

You a fool. Bud getting way more money fighting Horn for a belt than Prograis who didn't have one and only has an interim now. Plus Bob Arum got Bud goin international. First it was Ricky Burns in the U.K.(Scotland), now Horn, and Crawford is gon earn fans in Australia.

You obviously don't know what's up. Thats literally what the article was about: Prograis aint bringing as much to the table as Horn so he gotta work and earn his way to that kind of shot. $$>$
