How has he EARNED that right. I can understand as a fan you wonuld want that for him but economically how has he earned that? He won’t be generating 40% of the money. If he were to get 40% thats definitely an overpayment imo.

So tell me other than Thurman v Spence what fight is in more demand - yes its Joshua v Wilder. This fight will generate huge money because of both men. Joshua's popularity is only huge in the UK, I'm not saying nowhere else in the world does he not have a following but the huge base is in the UK. Every true boxing fan wants Wilder as his next opponent, so therefore 40% is justifiable with a bigger piece of the pie still going to Team Joshua.

You still haven't justify why he deserve 40% when he would generate 20% of that in terms of what he brings. Since we are now all business men put yourself in Team Joshua shoes.

You took calculated risk financially against Martin (IBF), then Wlad (Name/WBA), then you overpaid Parker (WBO), then people are again asking you to overpay another beltholder, a dangerous beltholder at that too.

When that beltholder would earn more than his usual payday and you would earn maybe 10% more than your usual payday.

It just doesn't make any business sense if you are Team Joshua. It is Wilder that needs to take the risk in a financial way but still he would be quadrupling his pay with that "Risk".
