Sweet Mother, you are not up on boxing are you? CW has been and continues to be a deeper, more competitive division than HW by far and it can be argued to be deeper than Light Heavyweight. Since it is populated by European fighters and not those from traditional boxing countries I get it, but you are flat wrong. CW is entertaining and has a decent set of up and coming talent and experience.

It will take a hit as Usyk- one of the best P4P fighters period end if story- and Gassiev are both heading to HW. But it is a good division.

I would rather eliminate some divisions than add any, so this is a welcome decision from the sanctioning fee hungry WBC. Glad public outcry and basic statistics ended this before this got even more convoluted

CW has been a hell of a lot more exciting than HW the past couple years.

Very true. If it were up to me, I'd get rid of all of the Junior/Super classes.

10 weight classes is still a lot, but come on, those small divisions are seperated by three ****ing pounds each. These guys just don't have to drain themselves and can fight at their actual weight. If they can't fight at their actual weight, then they shouldn't go pro.
