Why does every Ward opponent say he's a very dirty fighter?

Froch. Kessler. Barrera. Kovalev. And many others. They all say Ward is a terrible cheat.

Are they racist? Are they anti-American?

    Or are they right?

    What's the answer?

Even Ward himself says he "won" the first Kovalev fight by getting "dirty".

Why do "some" people have him as a hero despite of this?

Kovalev was the dirtier fighter in both fights, I get tired of having to mention this but he was and it's not even debatable. Kovalev is just bitching because he has bitch-like tendencies, Froch is bitter and Kessler is within his right I'll admit.

False and I won't even argue this with you. Every time Kovalev tried to prevent Ward from doing his dirty thing you all acted like Kovalev initiated the cheat. Ward himself said I won by getting dirty and grimy. No point in denying his own words.

What about Barrera doe? is he also salty?

I don't care what Ward said, it's all on video, seen both fights multiple times.

Dirty fir them but smart as to not crossing the line with fouls but just enough to get under his opponents skin . Ward also is a very strong fighter which throws alot of them off gaurd . Do I think he is the most exciting fighter to watch , hell no !!! Doesn't mean his not a skilled fighter in the last 20 years , love him or hate him he fought alot great fighters and won .

Pride and ego, mostly. Ward did nothing against Froch or Barrera that was dirty. He plain outboxed them. I don't blame Kessler or Kovalev for being pissed, but it's still an ego thing.

Ward absolutely has pushed the limits in his fights, but people act like he does it every fight. He doesn't. He was bad in the Kessler fight. He and Bika fought incredibly dirty. He was dirty against Kovalev. Otherwise he fights within the rules.

                Just upset they lost.

Question for you Maxi-you and many other posters always suggest the way you beat elite boxers like Floyd and Ward is to make the fight a dirty brawl by employing certain tactics.

Why do you endorse this type of strategy to defeat elite boxers but get upset when elite boxers use said strategy to win?

This. AW was dirty, but no dirtier than Maidana or Salido...

AW got dirty enough to ruffle feathers without being penalized.

Manny and Canelo tried to outbox Floyd. It's the wrong approach.

Being dirty (JLC, Maidana) seems more successful approach. Also staying ACTIVE. Reduced rate plays into chess...gotta keep high volume with willingness to foul a bit..keep Floyd uncomfortable...let him know his wealth won't keep him safe with you in the ring
