because he's not very good or entertaining. He's just extremely tall fighting smaller guys but not much pop and has been accused of being the Mexican Lara. Arum has been trying to sell this guy for years and still he can't fill an arena or draw viewers. Just because you are mexican doesn't mean you are destined to be a star.
