They made an offer to spike weeks ago when the fight was still supposed to be in Vegas on ppv Spike agreed to all their terms. They moved the fight to stubhub on HBO not PPV with limited budget now so they changed the offer for spike for almost no money so he turned it down. Even Loeffler telling the IBF they don't have enough money to even make an off to dervy his mandatory. Has nothing to do with golden boy not wanting to cooperate it's about money. Loeffler doesn't want to make a real fight or move the date to get a bigger budget. Shopping in the trash can for bums who will fight basically for free like vanes. LOL
