I have you ranked #1 Gypsy King, the stiff Robot got your belts out of the trash, it will be nice for you and Wilder to have a big Megga fight and the 2 of you totally ignore that Queen from Britian, and let him fight bums in front of those 80,000 drunk dummies!!!!

You can say that, or what I believe: Klitschko did not take Fury serious and came in out of shape and unmotivated and lost the belts in one of the worst exhibitions of boxing we had seen in a while. Fury won legit, but had there been the rematch instead of nearly a year of Fury falling off the rails I would bet we would have seen Wlad put him back in his limited ability place.

As for Wilder "ducking" Fury, considering Fury hasn't fought since winning the titles in November of 2015, and Wilder got his belt in January of 2015 I do not follow those bits of logic.

Something was off that night .

Not taking anything away from fury he did what he had to do and became champ

I’ve watched that fight back a few times and it’s dire

Fury is a character though and I’m glad he’s back
Yeah, it's not the most exciting fight to watch if you already know the result, because 99% of it is positional "chess match" manouvering, with no punches being landed.

But I found it fascinating and very exciting to watch live. This was a young, huge underdog beating a great champion at his own game, in his own backyard, which you don't see very often in any sport.

That's why it was fascinating. It was exciting because Wlad hits like a ton of bricks, so right up to the last bell there was always a chance that Fury would make a mistake and get swatted by the steel hammer.

Rubbish, he barely laid a decent punch on Klitschko. All he did was frustrate him and Vlad at his age wasn't able to adjust. But he was never hurt or in trouble. He's probably embarassed to lose to such a **** boxer.

It was a crap fight all round and nobody i know would ever watch it again.

"...Now Tyson is back, in fantastic shape...."

Not sure that means what they think it means.

Be wonderful if he was in some kind of shape. The HW division would be a ton more fun with him. But he was never in great shape to begin with and it has been nearly three years. I really think he has to prove he is truly a top fighter again. I actually do not care about lineage. He has to prove he is a top fighter before just running off and getting shots that Povetkin, Pulev, Whyte and others can claim they have earned against the big two.

Wlad absolutely took Fury seriously, which is why he paid him extra money for a rematch clause, and insisted on them both wearing German Paffen "pillow" gloves.

Wlad also did all his sparring for the fight in a ring with 2 or 3 extra layers of padding, so it was like a damned bouncy castle, and he had the ring for the fight padded in the same way, which Team Fury didn't know anything about till they inspected the ring a couple of hours before the fight.

If you remember, Fury's team objected to the extra padding and threatened to pull out of the fight if it wasn't removed. It turned out to be against the regulations, so Wlad's promoter had no choice but to get rid of it.
