Personally, I don't think I ever heard of a "voluntary mando". I've heard of a voluntary defense which is basically a defense of your title against anyone of your choosing ranked in the top 15 of that organization. A mandatory defense is what Ocampo is. Nobody wants to see this fight, but a fight against Porter would certainly be acceptable. Unfortunately, the IBF ordered this fight against Ocampo and now Spence must fulfill his mandatory obligations.

Lol. He just beat Kell Brook for the IBF title, overseas in his hometown, in front of 30,000 people. The same Brook who beat Porter by the way. What other "experience" does Spence need? Adrian Granados?Comment

"Errol Spence is not on my radar at this time." - Porter
You see he said Spence's name last...they said "no particular order," but when I look at that list, it seems like that is exactly the order they'd want those fights. Thurman first, if no Thurman then Danny. If they can't get either of those guys, and want a big fight, then Bud....Errol is a last resort.

The more anybody waits to fight Spence the worst is going to be for them.Comment

If it was up to them both Danny and Porter would sit on ice awaiting Thurman to heal, fight some tune ups and then pick either one for a shot. That's like one year away. Spence unifying at 147 is a pipe dream he's gonna have to move up. Thurman should be stripped. Porter and Danny fight for the belt and the winner is forced to face Spence. Problem solved. One guy should not be allowed to clog up a division, injury or not.Comment

But freezes up when asked directly about fighting Spence!! Got it!! Be quiet with that and teach Shawn Porter how to win without head butting his opponents how about that lolComment
