SMH... How does this guy have the nerve to have an opinion on whether Golovkin fights or not, after messing up the rematch?

I hope Golovkin throws the dice and fights Derevyanchenko, or cancels the date and fights Saunders in June.
Of course Canelo doesnt want GGG to fight anyone else. The division is now stacked and anyone can lose now. Canelo feels he won that fight and really thinks he can beat GGG. If GGG loses before then. Then the rematch is pretty much pointless then and Canelo cant get revenge and set things right.

Canelo/GB are probably hindering GGG from fighting a dangerous opponent as much as team GGG is.

I'm a GGG fan, that being said I don't think G should of thrown that tantrum and called everyone cheaters. I think that might have cost him a nice paycheck this May

They should have turned toward Derevyanchenko from the start if they wanted a right hander but they wasted a week trying to land a cherry pick instead.

Money isn't everything and you're not his ****ing accountant so don't worry about his bank account.

At the very least contingency plans should have been in place - certainly since Canelo's failed tests were announced.

I know it's unlikely to happen given the $s involved, but at this juncture I think it's time for Golovkin to stop wasting time chasing Canelo and focus on getting on with the twilight years of his career. Derevyanchenko, Saunders, Charlo, Murata - dude wil be 38 by the time that's done and in the unlikely event of his running that gauntlet unbeaten maybe he can think about the Canelo rematch then.
              Great post. Definitely agree

Come on. You know Cancelo doesn't think he won that fight. Not after the media has destroyed him and all the polls show NO ONE thinks he won.

If Golovkin doesn’t fight that night, sources also have informed BoxingScene.com that it is unlikely he would box before facing Alvarez in a middleweight championship rematch.

I'm done feeling sorry or sympathetic for this guy. He would finish the rest of his days sniffing Canelo's ass for a payday. This behavior is disgusting. He accuses Canelo of being a career cheater but here he is willing to put his career on ice for this supposed serial cheater to bless him with more money. Fck GGG.

Sources also have indicated that Alvarez doesn’t want Golovkin to fight another opponent before their rematch can be rescheduled.

And there you have it. My theory confirmed. GGG obeying his daddy. Canelo still barking demands while suspended and Golovkin following orders like a slave. When has this ever happened before? when has a fighter ever had to change venues to another state to force another commission to approve a weak opponent? can you imagine the backlash if Ward did this when his fight with Murdock was rejected. smh.

Keep sniffing GGG.. Keep sniffing. You'll find a treasure soon enough.

If you could read Russian you'd know GGG is far from the fluffy white angel he presented himself in international media. He was basically restraining himself all these years. Canelo got on his nerves for ages. Couldn't take it anymore. So it's not like it's a 'tantrum' that came from nowhere.

GGG didn' want to fight Charlo, Derevyanchenko and Andrade. Or he is being protected. Very sad. I am sure he will fight a bum or wait until Clenelo rematch. GGG team wanted Vanes Martosyan? 0h ****! I am becoming hater of GGG!
