Comments Thread For: Team Wilder Plan Counter To $12.5 Million Flat Fee For Joshua

my only thing is to send another champ a flat rate offer without a venue or date for the fight and tell them they have 48 hours to sign it or you are moving on after you sat n negotiated with joseph parker to reach a 33% deal is just crazy. I don't see how anyone can defend it. now if the deal states when and where the fight will be and says Joshua will take the same split in a rematch if he loses then wilder should do it as he said he would.

parker got a purse split, too. 30-35%. wilder's flat fee would likely get him 10-15% based one the estimates from the experts.
not only that, the "offer" had no venue, no date, and didn't even say if it would be joshua's next fight.
it's basically only hardcore fanboys now who are either too ****** or too proud to admit that hearn wants to push this thing off unitl 2019. i don't blame hearn, he's a businessman and a very good one, he knows how to make money. but as a boxing fan we can't condone what he's doing.
and we have to point out the f#ggots who are either too ****** or too proud to recognize what hearn's done with a 9 million pound flat fee, no venue, no date, and 48 hours to agree to terms. he hasn't even set up the terms! he's pushing the fight off.

it's only about 5-10 posters now, and i expect some of them to either change their tunes or stop posting on the matter. there will be a few who go down with the ship, this is all they've got and they've invested way too much to turn around

Poor wilder get offered 5 x his biggest purse
Hearn is such a meanie
I think wilder should turn it down and face breezeel for 1.5m in front of 8000 hicks in Alabama
That will show aj who’s boss

You realize the WBA gave AJ/Povetkin until May 5th to negotiate a fight
If Hearn was serious ( which he isn’t ) about making a Wilder /AJ fight there’s definitely more then 2 days to get it done especially when your offer just includes a flat fee and doesnt mention small things like a a date , venue or rematch clause
Information you’d think the other side would want if they had little or no time to make a decision
Somehow I bet Hearn will be more willing to actually properly negotiate with Povetkins team like he did with Parkers team
