So being the 'most tested boxer in the sport' doesn't really mean much, if the testing isn't complete or sufficient enough.

If Povetkin were to be on significant PEDs that would significantly have improved his attributes, he would've turned into a 250+ pound Ike Ibeabuchi like boxer whilst improving his overall athleticism. But such isn't the case! Povetkin has always remained the same, in terms of weight throughout his entire career. His punching power has also remained the same, relatively speaking. Same with his speed and overall athleticism.

Povetkin hasn't remained the same. After the Wlad fight his body changed dramatically and his performances got even better when he started knocking people out left right and centre.

If you claim you didn't notice this, i'm going to call you a straight up liar because you'd have to be blind not to see what was so obvious.

Nonsense! His body weight always remained the same. He always weighed between the 220 - 230 pound region. You'd have a point if he suddenly started weighing the same as someone like Brock Lesnar (290 pounds of mainly muscle). But that had never been the case. there's nothing to notice when it comes to a body change, because it doesn't exist. You're probably seeing things that are not even there (or brainwashed into seeing things that are not there).

He's changed trainers and changed tactics after the Wladimir Klitschko fight. Physically, he's been the same person he's ever been (with some minor exceptions of course).

Wladimir Klitschko never shouted like an uncivilized animal in every interview like Wilder regularly does. Nor does he have a history of accusing others constantly of using drugs. Wladimir Klitschko is a doctor and a scientist with a PHD and is a civilized human being. So there isn't any need to 'accuse' Wladimir Klitschko!
