Fair would be 10%, because that's the percentage of Joshua's purse he gets without Joshua.

However, seeing as he does add something to the fight, 20% is fair if you look at it purely from a commercial perspective.

Why do you insult all Wilder fans? He may have some unreasonable fans just like AJ does. He is a world champion with 39 KOs out of 40 fights and his fights are always exciting so he is going to have his share of fans. That doesn't make them crackheads, chicken heads or idiots. They just want Wilder to share a ring with AJ. What wrong with that?

The real question is why you care about numbers.

Joshua has 4 belts to Wilder's one. Joshua fills stadiums while Wilder can't fill up a basketball arena. Joshua fights on PPV while Wilder has NEVER fought on PPV. 60/40 is a ****** split and even Wilder fans should be smart enough to admit that one. You can scream duck all day long, but until Wilder gets real with the negotiations, it's all a bunch yelling and screaming. He sounds more and more like an angry ex wife every day. He should sit down, negotiate the contract and make the fight. It's that simple.

The real question is why you care about numbers.

Because numbers are what make fights. Numbers can be used to duck fights. Wilder fans know this and can't make an argument for Wilder asking for what he has been, so the only defence is "why you care about numbers?"
