Just watched the fight. I wont bother reading what everyone else posted as we all have opinions but great fight. I cant argue with the decision. I actually thought the judges had it "**** on" for once. Winky showed a dam good chin, Taylor hit him with some clean power shots and Wright took them well. Wrights punches are so deceiving cuz he doesnt have any power so shots he was landing may not have looked effective.

Taylor still looks very green. He'd better retain Manny as his trainer as he has a long way to go. Very nice guy and showed class in the post fight interview.

I think Winky won that fight. I think Winky took the first 5 rounds and although a couple were close. The first round Taylor won was round 6, which he won decisively, I think. I wasn't keeping a score card, so after that, I didn't keep track, but I gave Winky the last round, which puts him at 6 rounds won, and I know he took at least one of the rounds from 7-11. I think the scoring for the fight, especially the last round, shows that boxing has absolutely no recognition of defense. Unless you're a reflex fighter that can slip shots, you may as well not bother with defense, because apparently hard shots that are blocked with the forearm, elbow or hands still count as punches landed. Winky out boxed Taylor in the last round. Winky wasn't landing big shots, but he was landing jabs, moving in and out of Taylor's range. Taylor did absolutely nothing in that round. He just backed up, so I don't see how he could have won it.

exactly.. if is wasn't for his aggression he would've been shutup out.. winky picked the majority of taylors punches off with his gloves.. he landed a few shots here and there.. and what really pissed me off is when jim lampley kept sayin.. "oo theres a punch that landed straight up the pipe" meanwhile winky CLEARLY blocked it.. it happened numeriousl times.. he should talk alot less during the fight
