Bhop during his MW days have beaten more former and future champions.

William Joppy - WBA Champ before losing to Trinidad
Glen Johnson - Soon to be Fighter of The Year in 2004 and future LHW champ and was undefeated at the time.
John David Jackson - 2 division champion
Simon Brown - 2 division champion
Keith Holmes - 2x Middleweight Champion
Felix Trinidad - 10 to 1 favorite against Bhop

        Kassim Ouma - IBF Champ
Glen Johnson - 2 fights against fighters with a positive record at the time of fighting Hopkins.
        JDJ - Against weak competition
How long before the Hopkins was it that Brown was a champ? Less than one year after he got utterly utterly demolished by Mads Larsen.
        Winning the title against Cherifi..
How do you think Felix would do against Jacobs?

Andrade and any southpaws are not getting the chance. Tom Loeffler said they will not choose any southpaws because Triple G has been in camp training for a right handed fighter for weeks. So unfortunately Andrade and all other southpaws are out.

            Ridiculous isn't it?

No idea how Golovkin can get any flack for this situation. The way people are talking, you would think he's the one that pulled out to seek an easier option.

Golovkin had kept his end of the bargain and was ready to fight next month. Canelo b1tched out. Now GGG is left to find an opponent with about 4 weeks notice and we all know that you don't get a top opponent in that time frame, people just want to act like that isn't the case.

so Hopkins gets credit for beating Glen Johnson because of what Glen accomplished almost a decade later? in that case Clinton Mitchell is the GOAT. he beat Hopkins in his pro debut and look how great Bernard turned out to be.

Tito was favorite because he was KO machine and Hopkins was a decision machine. Trinidad would've never been the favorite against GGG.

Jackson, Brown and Holmes are not much better than Murray, Jacobs and Lemeiux. let's be real.

Hopkins is one of the goats no doubt I grew up on him so I'm kinda biased when it comes to my childhood favorites but if we remove all emotion and nostalgia Hopkins reign is not much better than GGG's.

I'm a big fan of Golovkin but a Jaime Mungia match up, really? Kid is young and doesn't have experience at a world level. And then O'Sullivan isn't an appealing fight any under circumstances. Only a few names at this stage of Gennady's career interest me and those are; Saunders, Jacobs, Ramirez, Canelo, Andrade, Charlo. Aside from those names I don't know how fans are going to get excited about a GGG fight in May 5th. Sure a knockout would be nice, but he's 36 and holds four world belts. He should be fighting top level competition.

Andrade will take this fight for the same price they are offering everyone else. It has nothing to do with money ! Andrade knows he would become a superstar by beating GGG and believe me he wants that fight at any price !!!!!!!! It won't happen because he's too dangerous and they know it. He could ruin the rematch with Canelo

Andrade will take the fight for exactly the same price as any of the bums they are proposing. Send the contract and it's done!!!!

Benavidez is a SMW and is GGG training partner
