    Honest post, very.

Charlo knew that Lara was a bad matchup. Lara moves too much, he's not a come forward fighter the Charlos both like to counter. Frankly, Hurd is a better style for Charlo. If I were Hurd I'd make Charlo wait and take a few money fights, I'd force Charlo to fight Lara first.

I don't know of anyone that had Lubin as the favorite. He shouldn't have been. If anything, it was a surprise he stopped him in the first round but it's no surprise he won. Lubin was a prospect who had not beat anyone. Jermell was a seasoned fighter with good wins on his resume. This seems like revisionist history to me. A win over Lubin is nothing compared to Lara but Charlo did have comparable wins on his resume from earlier.

That's all I want to say, because weight-draining could be a disadvantage too! It's working for now, but it could be a problem soon! Why you think Jermall went to 160?
Indeed. In regards to same day weigh ins... what time was it done? I'm going out on a limb and saying it had to have been done more than 8 hours prior to the fight. I guarandamntee you that if you weighed those guys in the dressing room right before the fight Hurd would be 170+.

Again, fair play to him for being able to make the weight, but those same day 3pm weight checks don't do anything for a fight that starts at 11pm, and its no way that mfer was 163.nothin when I tuned in to showtime to watch him fight

I'm pretty sure they were at least 8 hours before the fight! He's a big dude, with incredible stamina! Those too don't usually go together!

Dude they had the same trainer until last year or so.. Now that Jermell and Lara doesn't share their trainer they have both said they are willing to fight.. Jermall never ducked anyone in his division so I don't know where you are pulling that one out from..

It should had been Charlo/Lara instead of Hurd/Lara. I thought Lara would stay away but he fought an entertaining fight.

Hurd vs Charlo should be entertaining as well

It will soon become a problem. I'm sure Lara knew this just going into it, Lara not Hurd had all the negotiating power. I suspect it was all part of the negotiations and the likely reason Lara was paid twice as much as Hurd.

Yea man. And his style makes for great fights because he comes on late. This is a guy making stops and scoring knockdowns in rounds 9-12.

I agree with you on Lubin vs Gallimore. I think that would be a war
