actually Charlo and Lara were ready to fight each of Lara won. Charlo has had a hard time finding opponents, I don’t think he is avoiding anyone and he said he wants Hurd next which should be a good fight. I think both Charlo boys have a lot of skill, athleticism and determination. He will have a tough fight with Hurd cause Hurd is very determined to but also cause Hurd is like a LHW.

They did have same day weigh-ins, IBF does that to ensure they don't re-hydrate more than 10lbs. Hurd was 163.6.

Hurd hasn't tried to take any kind of easy path. He fought Frank Galarza when he was being hyped up, fought Harrison, Trout and went after Lara when nobody else wanted tot angle with him. The Charlo brothers are skilled fighters and seem to have found some nasty power recently. I'd like to see Hurd punish Charlo but I think Hurd's style is all wrong against Charlo. Not sure he walks through Charlo's shots like that. Hope I'm wrong.

how is he only listed as 5'11 and 154 /163 on day of fight? He looked like a light heavyweight ready to jump to cruiser.

The Charlos have fought nobody significant in their careers. Hurd would be Jermell’s first true test. His brother fighting Centeno is a joke and just continues their track record of mismatches. He might as well rematch Heiland as Centeno has no chance of winning.
