There is nothing slick about De Gale.

De Gale has too much hearth, he likes got get involved in wars when he should fight tall, elusive and clinch more.

Chunky fights fair and square, but he's starting to act shot and if you ask me his face is messed up a bit too much.

He had two wars with a 160 guy Jacobs just schooled and stopped, times to think about retiring soon before the game retires him. He probably has a couple of fights left.

      James Toney (just kidding)

He's up there for sure. His defense is poor. People always talk about his "talent". What talent?

I'd add Judah and Broner in there. I wouldn't call either "slick" per se but once upon a time they were considered to be.

He doesn't have a good tank to last all 12 with that slickness and running.. later half of the fight he just runs and gets hit..

He reminds of Judah. Anyone that can come through his shots and sharpness in the first 3 or 4 rounds has a good chance to beat him, especially if they come to put it on him. After that period he goes into a mixture of survival mode, occasionally offering some resistance, and some spurts of offensive output. Lack of physical stamina, mental stamina, and defence.

It was interesting watching him and Lara back to back. The Cuban is better in every way and a much stronger mentality under pressure.

That's a close one, Malignaggi fought much better guys than De Gale has, even when he was on the decline.

If De Gale fights Groves or Eubank, I think he would take a lot of shots, especially from Groves' jab, and he'd likely get into a war with Eubank and get outgunned on the inside.

Lets wait and see what De Gale does next, he's going 12 rounds often and lacks power to stop guys it seems, he's due a lot more punishment in his next few fights.

The guy is stiff, and robotic. Even a 41 yrs.old Mayweather is slicker than him.

DeGale has my vote on this one .
I didn't watch the first fight with Traux but before this rematch I told my " Casual " buddies watching that DeGale had an entertaining style . I got Shet for that one.
DeGale fought a messy , ugly , boring fight and didn't look like the fighter I remember . In his prior fights some of the entertainment came from him getting hit . But this fight was horrendous .
